Common questions

• Restore my purchase: Settings → Purchases → Restore, on any device signed into your Apple ID.
• Move to a new iPhone: export a backup (Settings → Backup) to iCloud Drive, install ItemVault on the new phone, then Restore from backup.
• PDF looks empty on the cover: fill the Claim profile in Settings — reports pre-fill from it.
• Face ID doesn't trigger: make sure the app lock toggle is on in Settings → Security, and Face ID is allowed for ItemVault in iOS Settings.
