Common questions

• Restore my purchase: Settings → Purchases → Restore, on any device signed into your Apple ID.
• Move to a new iPhone: export a backup (Settings → Backup) to iCloud Drive, install JobProof on the new phone, then Restore from backup.
• Before/after photos: open a Before/After record — each slot takes one photo; both appear side by side in the PDF.
• PDF header is empty: fill your contractor profile in Settings — the Job File pre-fills from it.
• Remove the demo data: tap “You're viewing demo data · Remove it” at the bottom of the Jobs screen.
